Lisa Ladendorff, LCSW
Grant Program Evaluator

Lisa is a licensed clinical social worker and on contract from Northeast Oregon Network (NEON). She has a 25-year history of clinical practice, specializing in the dynamics of behavior change as well as over 20 years of mentoring mental health staff. Lisa brings a wealth of experience from quality assurance/quality improvement to program evaluation to staff supervision and so much more to the organization. Her breadth of knowledge and experience provides a deep understanding on how systems impact individuals, especially around public health.

Her role is to always put the client first when developing systems or helping staff at the organization. She is constantly analyzing our systems to make sure they are client-friendly and provide client healing. At the heart of everything she does she is always thinking about how does this impact the client.

In addition to analyzing systems, Lisa provides support to staff. She makes sure they are trained and have support systems in place so they can provide love-filled care to clients. She helps set the clinical direction of the organization but her goal is every staff leaves each day with a high level of compassion satisfaction and felt they provided the best care to our clients. She truly helps set the love-filled tone for our clinical staff.

Education: BA in political science, University of Arizona; Master in Social Work, Walla Walla University
