Tyler Nall
Program Manager
Tyler Nall is the Program Manager for the Developmental Disabilities Program. His main focus is helping people with disabilities live fulfilling lives and set and meet goals that matter to them and make them happy. His is a strong believer in the healing powers of getting outdoors and work with people to engage in their desired outdoor activities. Through helping individual’s and their families navigate the system to obtain services, supports, and resources vital to living a fulfilling life, these individuals are able to focus on what’s important to them and what they want to accomplish in life.
Tyler has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon with a focus on Psychology and Sociology and has worked the past 10 years in the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities field. He brings a wealth of experience and compassion to his work.
Adult Foster Home
Adult Foster Home Providers (to serve adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities) -provide necessary care while emphasizing the individual's independence. Adult foster homes are for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Individuals just turning 18 to those facing end-of-life decisions. The range of support needs is widely varied, and individual plans are developed to address the specific needs of the individuals in care. Single-family residences that offer 24-hour care in a home-like setting that is safe and secure. Homes serve five or fewer individuals.
