Providing loving homes for individuals with persistent mental illness
Residential Services offers two locations for individuals with persistent mental health illness who have comorbid medical challenges. The Joseph House in Joseph, Oregon is a five bed residential treatment home that serves individuals with both a physical and severe and persistent mental issue. The Wallowa River House in Wallowa, Oregon is an 11-bed residential treatment facility for individuals with severe physical and mental issues. The houses provide 24/7 oversight, room and board, medication management, case management, nursing care, and skills training and activity therapy. Our facilities have individual apartments or rooms, and some with full kitchens. There are many group activities and social events enjoyed by the residents of both facilities.
These facilities serve individuals whose mental health issues make it difficult for them to live independently. In many cases their physical health is the most significant factor on why they cannot live on their own. These facilities minimize the number of individuals who must access sub-acute or acute care.
We are here to help individuals with persistent mental illness live in loving homes.
